Launched by the Department for Education & Skills in February 2004  
Every state secondary school in England (around 2500) rebuilt or remodelled  
Largest and most ambitious scheme of its kind in the world
£2.5-£3bilion is being spent on the programme each year  
ICT funding - equivalent to £1,675 per pupil place
