James Hornsby High School

Introduction
Investment through BSF will personalise learning through high quality teaching and support that is responsive to the different ways that students achieve their best.  The investment will also allow the school to expand the curriculum on offer, extending its vocational courses including ICT, creative media, health and social care.

ICT will allow technology to be integrated into the curriculum so that students can freely access and use it to enhance their learning experience and additional facilities will be provided to support the development of peer led services such as advice, advocacy and mentoring.

A particular strength of the school is partnership working with many community groups using the facilities for educational, recreational and sporting purposes every day of the week and at the weekends.  BSF investment will expand the range of community activities at the school to develop the ethos of a full extended service school.
