BSF in Essex

Essex has been included in the fourth Wave of the national BSF programme. Eight Essex schools are in Wave 4. These are:

• Castle View School
• Cornelius Vermuyden School
• De la Salle School
• The James Hornsby School
• Woodlands School
• Columbus School and College
• Shorefields Schools
• The Pioneer School

BSF continues in Essex through Waves 5-6, 7-9 and beyond.

As Essex is one the largest Local Authorities in the Country, it has primarily based its BSF Programme on a geographical split.
