Essex County Council BSF Bidder Day

(24/11/08) ECC hosted a BSF Bidder Day on 19 November 2008 at Stock Brook Manor (www.stockbrook.com) , Billericay, Essex CM12 OSP.  A copy of the programme is attached.

Pupils from the Wave 4 schools were recently involved with the design process. With assistance from the Sorrell Foundation they were shown how to work with architects, how to express their ideas and to make those ideas into reality. They found this a very rewarding experience. They produced a "pupil brief" which will be a key document for potential bidders. Ths document should ensure that pupils aspirations are reflected in school designs.
